Therapy is built on trust, focused conversation, and collaborative problem-solving. My role isn’t to be the “expert” on your life, but to offer specialized skills and support as a guide. Understanding the “why” behind your sexual and relational choices matters more than simply focusing on the “what.”
To help uncover your “why,” I begin with your values. Whether your value system is religious, spiritual, in transition, non-religious, or uniquely your own—I’m here to support you. I strive to create a respectful, safe, and affirming space for wherever you are in your journey.
